Handicapping Meeting

Sunday 26th March 2023 @ Byford Harness Training Complex 1pm

A meeting of all harness racing enthusiasts who would like to have a say about the current handicapping system in Western Australia.

The objective is to gauge the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the way the system is impacting the majority of harness racing participants.

The meeting will be Chaired by committeeman David Leitch who is an owner and breeder. David has considerable business facilitator experience.

• Is it encouraging participants to continue to invest in the industry?
• Are horses progressing through their grades effectively?
• What improvements would you like to see?
• Do you want to go back to the previous C and M class system?
• Do you find the current system confusing?
